Stage Investments, Corporate Restructuring, Investment Banking & Technology Operations.

Karanbir is the Founding Partner of Yugo Capital Advisors-India’s first Research Led Investment
Bank focused on Early & Growth Stage transactions in Climate Innovation, Supply Chain Management,
Efficiency of Work, Quality of Life.

Karanbir’s focus goes beyond traditional Venture Capital and he works closely with Family Offices and
Corporate VCs to bring out the commercialization potential of Product First solutions that can drive
significant impact on corporate P&Ls. He has a keen focus on working with startups to develop
corporate strategy & fundraising roadmaps to enable companies to venture for market leadership.

Karanbir also serves as an Advisory Board member of 100 Watts.Tech- India’s 1st Retail Tech
Accelerator. Previously, he served as the Head of Startup Investments at LetsVenture- India’s
leading private market investment platform. At LetsVenture, Karanbir played a critical role to overhaul
the investment operations. He also conceived the concept of ‘Vertical Funds’, specializing in thematic
concentrated deployment in early stage companies. Earlier, he headed the Deal Origination,
Portfolio Investments & Growth for Windrose Capital- A B2B & Fin-Tech focused VC Fund.

Prior to his stint in Venture Capital, Karanbir has worked in Corporate Restructuring focusing on
SMBs across sectors. He has also had a stint serving as the AVP- operations for a Fin-Tech company
involved in Institutional Algorithmic Trading and as a Network Engineer with Ericsson Global.
In his personal life, Karanbir loves to play field hockey and has been a Gold Medalist at the University
Level.
